Waterford PTO Calendar
Subscribe to the PTO calendar here! This is where we will keep all PTO events up to date. As an added benefit, we have also included the LCPS 2023/2024 School Calendar.
Waterford Fair
The fair is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. We have the opportunity to earn $10,000 on one weekend. It takes every family at WES to make this event a success. Please sign up to volunteer for a shift at the stand or in the kitchen. It’s a lot of fun, and a great way to meet other WES families!
Masquerade in the Village
MITV is a fun and unique event. Village streets will be closed to traffic and decorated for a fun and safe trick or treat experience. Homes are decorated by community and WES parent volunteers. Students will also be able to enter a Jack O’Lantern carving contest. The PTO will collect bags of candy to be distributed in the village.
Trailblazers
Running Club
Each spring, Waterford Elementary School has a running club called the Waterford Trailblazers. The goal of the Trailblazers is to guide and prepare the children to run in the Annual Historic Waterford 5K Trail Run/Walk. The PTO after school program is a fun and positive atmosphere for all participants.
Spring Fling
The Spring Fling is an amazing kick-off to the spring season with a DJ, food, activities and a basket raffle to support our amazing Waterford Elementary School.
Skate Night
Bush Tabernacle
Join us at our annual skate night! This is a free event for WES families sponsored by the PTO.

Bingo Night
Join us in March for our St. Patrick’s Day themed Bingo. Food and drinks are available for purchase. We hope to see you at Bingo Night!
Gala & Auction
Enjoy a night of cocktails, raffles, a live auction, a three course meal and dancing.
Carnival
This is an afternoon full of fun on the last day of school! Students have a blast with water games, sno cones, and a chance to dunk the WES staff!
Mountain Lion Dads
Spend the day at WES while assisting the staff, working with students, helping with lunch duty and other tasks throughout the school. You’ll get the chance to spend quality time with your child.
